It is great to be taught by a Defensive End legend. He will instruct how to
keep the good ones out of the backfield and how to be tenacious on the
defensive side of the ball.

Combine Defensive Lineman
Lineman Combine will offer coaching and training on both sides of the ball. The
lineman may come in as a "GROUP" to the Big Man Program (Freshman, Junior Varsity
and College), or as individuals. All O/D Lineman training will be exclusively coached by
Greg Townsend, 14 year (DE) NFL Legend, Oakland Raiders. The training will consist of
drills, conditioning, strength, weightlifting, chalk talk, agility training, speed, power
moves and much more.
BLOCK A- 10 Sessions:
